ABOUT ADRIAN

Adrian Anderson is creative, artistic, wise, and beautiful, with a glowing spirit and a radiant smile to match. 

This entrepreneur and inspirational speaker hails from Sacramento, California, with proud, deep roots in Denton, Texas ( The Logan Family ). She is one of six children affectionately known as Juanita's six.

She is widely recognized for her role in gospel music's award-winning and Grammy-nominated group, Trin-i-tee 5:7. 

Adrian exemplifies creativity in every aspect of her life. As a singer-songwriter, business, and beauty entrepreneur, she uniquely earned songwriting and professional makeup artist credits on award-winning projects during her decade-plus tenure with the group.

Behind the scenes, she is also a formidable businesswoman, advisor, inspirational speaker, writer, and philanthropist who lives by the principle her mother instilled long ago: “To whom much is given, much is required.” She was also taught that a beautiful heart makes a beautiful person capable of profoundly touching the lives of others.

Her career began in the late 90s as a professional freelance makeup artist, initially with Estee Lauder brands like Clinique, Estee Lauder, and Bobbi Brown Cosmetics at Nordstrom and in the Los Angeles market. She later ventured into independent work, securing consistent and notable assignments for various artists, photo shoots, television studios, major award shows, record labels, and the MTV entertainment show "The Cut."

Adrian believes in development and recognizing opportunities; her commitment, work ethic, and unique experiences behind the scenes benefited her transition into the spotlight for over a decade with Trin-i-tee 5:7, then later an elevated return behind the scenes, where she continued to thrive in the beauty, entertainment, music, and Animated Film industries. Adrian also received training in PR and deepened her education in entrepreneurship, maintaining a presence at red-carpet events, speaking engagements, and more, and collaborating with diverse groups, artists, and actors.

Throughout her journey, Adrian has worked with renowned figures such as Kirk Franklin, CeCe Winans, and numerous other luminaries in music and entertainment. 

Working closely with music executives gave her invaluable insights into the industry's workings and what it takes to succeed both behind and in front of the camera.

Adrian's passion for the beauty industry remained steadfast as she cultivated a keen interest in branding. She believes that true success aligns with purpose and peace of mind, emphasizing that when artistry is within you, it permeates every medium you touch.

Pursuing a fulfilling life, she learned the importance of intentionality, impact-driven service, focus, harmony, discipline, proactive problem-solving, budget consciousness, compassion, commitment, patience, team collaboration with healthy boundaries, and unwavering determination to achieve personal and professional goals.

A life of authenticity, creativity, artistic alchemy, gratitude, resourcefulness, service, passion, and purpose, which Adrian affectionally calls "Kindness, Love, and Glamour," is a philosophy taught to her by her dear mother, Juanita and her cherished grandmother Mama Jewell. Those two ladies inspired it all. Adrian enthusiastically says, "My mother was always a movie star in my eyes! "

She fondly recalls her mother's glamorous presence and unique flair, her use of makeup and style to enhance her beauty, her vibrant personality, wisdom, laughter, love, vision, and generosity, which left a lasting impression on Adrian's heart and motivated her to create similar experiences with Halo Tu' Beauty, the beauty brand within Kindness Love Glamour.

On the business front, Adrian emphasizes the criticality of understanding, being open-minded about learning, infrastructure, internal systems, flexibility, strategic planning, assembling a cohesive team, nurturing joy, patience, persistence, and effective collaboration to realize and sustain a vision for growth and long-term success.

KINDNESS

Adrian has a natural gift for giving and embraces people with grace and a warm smile. 

She is particularly passionate about serving homeless families in the Los Angeles community. As a dedicated member of the Board of Alexandria House, Adrian helps families transition from homelessness to stability, fostering interdependent growth and encouraging them to know they can positively contribute to society.

In addition to her board service, Adrian actively engages with the community by speaking to women's groups and participating in industry and career panels, sharing her insights and experiences to inspire and empower others.
