ABOUT ADRIAN

She is Creative, Artistic, Wise, and Beautiful, with a Glowing Spirit and a Radiant Smile to match.

This entrepreneur and Inspirational Speaker is a Sacramento, California native with deep Denton, Texas Roots and 1 of 6 children lovingly called Juanita's six. Adrian Anderson is known to much of the public as a member of Gospel Music's Multiple Dove Award-winning and Grammy Nominated Group Trinitee 5:7. Adrian is Creative in every sense of the word. The singer/songwriter & Beauty Entrepreneur uniquely received Songwriting and Professional Make-up artist credits on Award-winning projects during her tenure with the group.

However, behind the scenes, she is a fierce businesswoman/advisor, Inspirational speaker, writer, beauty entrepreneur, and philanthropist.

Adrian knows, "To whom much is given, much is required," as her mother taught her long ago. A beautiful heart makes a beautiful person, and a beautiful person will touch the lives of others in an impactful way.

Adrian began her career in the entertainment industry in the late 90s as a professional freelance make-up artist working for Estee Lauder brands such as Clinique, Estee Lauder, and Bobbi Brown Cosmetics at Nordstrom and in the Los Angeles Market. She later worked independently securing consistent and notable work for various artists, photo shoots, major award shows, record labels, and MTV.

Adrian's unique and professional behind-the-scenes experiences benefited her transition in front of the camera with the musical group and her eventual return behind the scenes. There she continued to evolve, elevate and thrive in the beauty, entertainment, and music industry. In addition, she was trained and worked in PR and deepened her education in entrepreneurship while continuing to make appearances for red-carpet events, speaking engagements, and more, surrounded by various groups, artists, and actors.

She worked with major artists and professionals in the entertainment industry, such as Kirk Franklin, CeCe Winans, and many notable others in the music and entertainment field. Adrian worked with music executives behind the scenes, which educated her on what having a record deal overall means. It allowed her to become well-rounded in knowing what it takes to be a professional and how to show up behind and in front of the camera.

Her love and education of the beauty industry remained with her as she worked to develop a keen interest in branding.

Adrian says, "When artistry is in you, it will flow through every medium you touch…true success aligns with purpose and peace of mind."

Adrian learned that being intentional and impactful in service, focused, disciplined, proactively involved, solution-oriented, budget conscious, compassionate, committed, patient, team-minded with healthy boundaries, and a determined tenacity to achieve one's goals and higher calling is genuinely fulfilling.

A life of authenticity, creativity, artistic alchemy, gratitude, resourcefulness, service, passion, and purpose, which Adrian affectionally calls "Kindness, Love, and Glamour," is a philosophy taught to her mother, Juanita, and her grandmother Mama Jewell. Those two ladies inspired it all. Adrian enthusiastically says, "My mother was always a movie star in my eyes! "The way she carried herself, using make-up and glam to enhance her beauty and curate her style, left a beautiful mark on Adrian's heart, inspiring her to want to create the same with Halo Tu' Beauty. Businesswise, Adrian learned that knowing the importance of infrastructure, internal systems, strategy, assembling a team, and working effectively with that team for the " Vision is "critical for its healthy materialization, maintenance, growth, and overall success."

KINDNESS

Adrian is a natural when it comes to giving. She loves people where they are at and greets everyone with grace and a smile. She felt drawn to serve homeless families in the Los Angeles community. Adrian serves on the Board of Alexandria House which helps families transition out of homelessness to stability, interdependent growth and positively contributing to society.

Adrian continues to speak to women’s groups and serve on industry/career panels.
